This past Monday, Jared and I went to our 32 week doctor's appointment w/ Dr. Kari Carlson. We talked about the normal items, she measured me and I'm right on target. I'm measuring 32 weeks despite the fact that I felt small the last several months. My belly is growing though, so I consider the last several months and now a HUGE blessing!
We asked her if she had an idea of when we would deliver. She promptly told us that I would definitely NOT go past 39 weeks which is August 10th due to my gestational diabetes. We talked a bit more on how early she thinks we may deliver and she mentioned 36 weeks, but 37 is even better.
So, what does this mean? Well, I guess it means that depending on how my blood sugars go, how my July 13th UltraSound goes as well as my NST's and doctor's appointments, our baby girl can be here anytime between July 20th - August 10th. Hopefully later than earlier is my hope, but really praying for healthy baby, mommy and delivery!!!
